Three ways to create PDF with foxit reader
First method
- Open Foxit Reader.
- Click on file.
- Click on create.
- Click on blank.
- Click on create Blank PDF.
This method is some what typical. So just follow the second method which is very easy to create and to convert any file into PDF file.
Second method, convert Word to PDF and Excel to PDF
Type your data in ms word or excel.
Go to file -> Click on Print -> Click on print as shown in first image.
Print window will be opened. Click down arrow mark at printer name and select “Foxit Reader PDF printer” (That is what you installed. If you install any other printer software, here you will see that printer name). Then click ok.
Save As window will be opened select your destination folder at top and type file name and click on save.
Now your word or excel has been converted to pdf.
Third method
It is very simple method comparing to above two methods.
While installing “Foxit reader”, make sure that you checked word plugin, excel plugin in select components window as shown below.
If you check above plugins you can see direct convert option in word and excel.
Now open word or excel document.
You can see “foxit reader PDF” option at top as shown below, just click on it you will be guided to save PDF document.
Convert image to PDF file
Go to any image, which you need to convert to PDF. Right click on it, go to “Open with”, and click on paint.
Now image is opened in paint .
Go to file -> Click on print -> Click on print
Print window will be opened. Click on Foxit Reader PDF printer-> Click on print.
As usually Save As window will be opened. Select destination folder and type file name. Click save image.
Image will be saved in PDF format in your destination folder.
Second method to convert jpeg to PDF
- Open the folder where your image is stored.
- Right click on image which you want to convert to PDF.
- Click on “convert to PDF in foxit reader”. You will be guided to save PDF file. That’ it your image is converted to PDF.
